Job Description

• Fulfillment of contractual obligations:

1. Study of the contract requirements and applications in the field of activity.
2. Reports formation for the customer within the framework of the fulfillment of contractual obligations, translation into English.
3. Maintenance, organization of maintenance, and metrological support of existing production and newly completed construction facilities.
4. Reliability analysis of measuring instruments of oil, gas, and water metering units, summing up the balance of liquid and oil for production and preparation facilities.
5. Fault tolerance analysis of accounting systems, automation, automated process control systems, and equipment based on the results of a technical audit.
6. Planning of current and capital repairs facilities in the field of activity;
7. Planning cost estimates.
8. Control over the execution of cost estimates.
9. Development of regulations, methods, instructions, and translation into English.
10. Formation of reports for the customer within the framework of the fulfillment of contractual obligations, translation into English.
11. Organization of the selection of local personnel in the field of activity.

• Reconstruction of existing facilities (stage 1), new construction (stage 2):

1. Study of the current regulatory and legislative framework in the country of execution of the contract. Including translation from English of technical literature in the field of activity. Adaptation of technical solutions following the current regulatory and legislative framework in the country of execution of the Contract in the field of activity.
2. Development of technical specifications, technical specifications for automated process control systems, and automation translation into English, coordination with the customer. 
3. Consideration, issuance of comments, approval of design and working documentation for the automated process control and automation systems, translation into English, and coordination with the Customer. Elimination of Customer's comments.
4. Consideration of the technical part during the tender for the supply of automated process control systems and automation, including translation from/into English.
5. Control over the manufacture of complex block equipment including participation in factory acceptance tests.
6. Organization, execution control of the commissioning, delivery to the Customer automated control systems, and automation.
