Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Also, lead and coordinate the marketing team in our organization. What does a Digital Marketing Specialist do? You should have a strong grasp of the performance marketing concepts and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the digital marketing team, graphics team, Content team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Responsibilities: ● Strategize on marketing and branding. ● Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. ● Design, build and maintain our social media presence. ● Evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns against the set goals and provide analytical reports. ● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights. ● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. ● Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. ● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. ● Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. ● Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. ● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. ● Track and optimize budget and estimate costs daily, weekly, and monthly. ● Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. ● Working days: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 to 17; two Thursdays a month from 9 to 15. Requirements

● Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing teams. ● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. ● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. ● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, and Web Trends). ● Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. ● Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. ● Team player and experience in team management. ● Data-driven person. ● Intermediate (or advanced) level of Excel. ● Intermediate level of English. ● Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
