We offer professional, result-driven, fun and agile environment, plus we provide -Competitive salary -Complementary health insurance -Flexible working hours -Nice work-desk space -Rewards for good performance -Group vacation *This position is available only for full-time candidates & those who can commute to Karaj (Derakhti) everyday The Role _______________________________________ The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist should -Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns -Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from digital campaigns. -Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points -Create content for digital media (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts) -Manage and direct other team members to optimize their performance in marketing activities -Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media Web sites. -Optimize digital assets, such as text, graphics, or multimedia assets, for search engine optimization (SEO) or for -Assist in setting up or optimizing analytic tools for tracking visitors' behaviors. -Manage tracking and reporting of search-related activities and provide analyses to marketing executives. -Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Requirements
You are required to have -Solid knowledge of marketing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services (online/offline). -Solid skills of the key measurement tools available -Proven work experience as a digital marketing specialist -Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate -Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) -Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns -Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking -Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Organizational requirements: -Excellent organizational skills -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills -Understanding of complex information and requirements -Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans -Good communications skills - written and verbal -Proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and have a self-structured way of working -Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
