Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

SnappBox is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our Operations team. You will analyse operational data, perform statistical analysis, build dashboards, and design data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support real-time decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to turn insights into action.



Key Responsibilities

Analyse operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Perform statistical tests and advanced analysis to validate findings and support data-driven decisions.
Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI for operational visibility.
Develop automation scripts and data workflows in Python to reduce manual monitoring and improve efficiency.
Work closely with Operations, Product, Commercial, and other teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
Define and track KPIs to support performance management, resource planning, and operational improvements.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation of analysis processes, dashboards, and models for scalability and maintainability.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in:
SQL (ClickHouse & MySQL)
Power BI (dashboards & data visualisation)
Python (data processing & automation)
Experience working with large datasets and operational metrics.
Experience performing statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modelling.
Ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations.
Fluency in Farsi and English.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and provide 24/7 availability for urgent issues.
Familiarity with data tools such as Kafka, Airflow, or Spark is a plus.
