● Tracking, analyzing, and controlling the costs associated with a project.
● Verifying supplier invoices and managing change events that impact the budget.
● Working collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability.
● Keeping up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships.
● Preparing and analyzing cost control reports.
● Preparing project financial performance reports using EVM, portfolio, and other projects financial analytical reports and providing early warnings and cost reduction solutions to projects.
● Monitoring and cost controlling project management processes and continuous improvement.
● Budgeting and controlling the cost of projects.
Requirements
● Mastery of PMBOK guide and familiar with PRINCE2 methodology (PMI certificates is preferred).
● Teamwork, detail-oriented, communication skills, and problem-solving.
● Familiar with the well drilling industry.
● Familiar with project management concepts and relevant standards.
● Professional skill in planning and controlling the project and related software.
● Project control software knowledge including P6, MSP, and Excel.
● Experience in fully implementing the principles of project planning and control in several projects.
● Budget and CBS projects with the help of the project team.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Industry, Management, or Engineering.
● At least 5 years of relevant experience.
