-Regularly in touch with planning and R&D departments to receive new enquiry of raw materials
-Active search and prepare a valid and comprehensive international vendor list for demand of company for different raw materials
-Regularly be in touch with vendors and be aware of any new development of new products
-Participate in local and international exhibitions to maintain and expand network of vendors
-Coordinate all international commercial affairs such as corresponding, orders controlling with suppliers for payment, shipment/ delivery schedule, commercial registration procedure and transportation follow-up
-Manage the process of getting necessary permissions from Ministry of Commerce and also Ministry of Health
-Opening letter of credit and any other banking transactions
-Plan and coordinate custom clearance procedures
-Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance
Requirements
-BS/MS. university degree in Commercial Management or MBA is a plus point
-At least 2 years experience in commercial field and preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
-Excellent fluency in English
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Self-organized, motivated with leadership skills
-Able to work under pressure and time constraints
-Good Knowledge and understanding of international trading
-Familiar with import order registration at ministry of commerce and ministry of health
-Ability to travel
-Preferable age between 25 - 35 years
