Job Description
A reputable trading company in the field of domestic and international commerce is seeking to hire an International Trade Specialist. This position is ideal for candidates with proven experience in managing export and import processes, strong knowledge of trade laws and systems, and professional correspondence skills in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of export and import operations (from order registration to customs clearance)
Conduct professional business correspondence (English and Arabic)
Negotiate with domestic and international clients and suppliers
Oversee international transportation (sea, air, land) and cargo insurance
Follow up on order registration, permits, and customs clearance
Work with specialized commercial and customs systems
Skills
Strong knowledge of trade laws and customs regulations (HS Codes)
Familiarity with trade documents (proforma, invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin)
Proficiency in international payment methods and Incoterms 2020
Familiarity with specialized systems (NTSW, EPL Customs, NIMA, SETARESH, etc.)
Proficiency in office and ERP software

Iran National Trade System
Order registration, permits, and domestic/international purchase data
Iran Customs Comprehensive System: Customs declaration, clearance, and documentation
Trade Promotion Organization of Iran: Export/import permits and trade card registration
Central Bank Systems (NIMA & SANA): Export currency management, import forex allocation, and rate inquiries
SETARESH (Ministry of Industry, Mine & Trade): Import order registration and permits
Behinyab: Production permits and raw material allocation
National Warehouse System: Inventory and warehouse registration
Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Origin System: Issuance and authentication of export documents
Transportation & Logistics Systems (IRISL, Railway Cargo, etc.): International cargo management
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Experience: Over 7 years in international trade
Languages: Full proficiency in English and Arabic (professional correspondence)
