FIROUZA Engineering Company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior commercial expert to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and identify new procurement opportunities.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather purchase requests and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Manage inventory levels and monitor stock availability to prevent shortages or excesses.
Stay updated with industry regulations, market changes, and best practices related to procurement.
Train and mentor junior members of the purchasing team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a senior role.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in the use of procurement software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
