
Job Description
• Regularly in touch with planning and R&D departments to receive new enquiry of raw materials • Active search and prepare a valid and comprehensive international vendor list for demand of company for different raw materials • Regularly be in touch with vendors and be aware of any new development of new products • Participate in local and international exhibition to maintain nd expand network of vendors • Coordinate all international commercial affairs such as corresponding, orders controlling with suppliers for payment, shipment/ delivery schedule, commercial registration procedure, transporting follow-up. • Manage the process of getting necessary permissions from Ministry of Commerce and also Ministry of Health • Monitoring all the releasing process and handle the related correspondence • Opening letter of credit and any other banking transactions • Plan and coordinate custom clearance procedures • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance
Requirements
• BS/MS university degree preferably in Commercial Management • At least2 years experience in commercial field and preferably in Pharmaceutical industry • Preferable age between 25-35 years • Excellent fluency in English • Good communication and presentation skills • Self-organized, motivated with leadership skills • Able to work under pressure and time constraints • Good Knowledge and understanding of international trading • Good knowledge of cold chain and pharmaceutical products shipment • Familiar with import order registration at ministry of commerce and ministry of health • Ability to travel
