
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to oversee and execute all payroll and compensation processes.
This role involves managing salary calculations, preparing financial documents, processing settlements, ensuring compliance with labor, insurance, and tax regulations, and maintaining payroll budgets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of payroll regulations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee payroll and compensation records
Calculate attendance, shifts, and overtime payments
Manage employee loans and related deductions
Prepare employment contracts and ensure accurate payroll processing
Handle insurance, tax, and salary calculations
Prepare and monitor personnel budget and cost forecasts
Process employee settlements and final payments
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax, and social security regulations
Analyze compensation data and provide management reports
Participate in the design and implementation of compensation structures
Support internal and external audits related to payroll
Collaborate in improving payroll systems and HR software solutions
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Age Range: 25 – 36 years old
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in payroll and compensation
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong command of labor law and social security regulations
Familiarity with supplementary insurance and contractor agreements
Proficiency in job evaluation and compensation analysis
Knowledge of compensation models and HR standards
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
