Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to prepare and edit brand strategy and product development strategy and plan, execute, and monitor all branding activities to advance objectives aligned with brand strategy and values.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Designing and developing long-term brand and product programs based on market research and available data.
  • Designing annual brand programs based on long-term brand strategy and drafting brand guideline documents if necessary.
  • Planning and executing brand activities including advertising campaigns, events, and related initiatives.
  • Conducting new product development processes aligned with brand strategy in collaboration with the research and development unit.
  • Designing and overseeing the production of product packaging.
  • Conducting market and consumer research tailored to the brand's needs in collaboration with the CMI unit, and evaluating brand and competitor data analysis.
  • Undertaking necessary activities to maintain and enhance brand performance indicators including market share, brand awareness, brand trial and usage, sales, and related metrics.
  • Developing and allocating marketing budgets by activity and required projects.
  • Participating in pricing strategy discussions with relevant departments considering market research and competitor activity analysis.
  • Providing comprehensive briefs regarding outsourced projects to agencies, receiving and reviewing ideas, and guiding the team toward achieving set objectives.
  • Reviewing monitoring reports, campaign performance, and marketing activities, and making decisions to optimize media planning, providing feedback to the relevant agencies, crisis management if necessary, and analyzing sales data to ensure optimal brand performance in the market.
  • Collaborating with other companies and stakeholders such as Zarin Pakhsh to analyze the impact of brand activities on sales trends to provide short-term and long-term plans related to maintaining and increasing market share and sales.
  • Undertaking necessary activities regarding short-term and long-term media planning (television, billboards, digital, and other mediums) through analyzing media reports and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of managerial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communication Sciences, or an MBA graduate.
  • Strong in accountability, consumer-oriented, systemic thinking, effective communications people management, and team making.
  • Proficiency in recognition of market and competitors, principles of advertising, marketing and branding, and market research.
  • Fluent in English.
