Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI and reporting solutions.
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and management reports.
Design and maintain data models for analytical and reporting requirements.
Develop advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
Integrate data from ERP/SAP, databases, and other enterprise applications into BI solutions.
Participate in the design and development of Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and ETL/ELT processes.
Work with business process owners to define, document, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Define and document KPI formulas, data sources, business rules, calculation logic, and reporting requirements.
Validate BI outputs against source systems and ensure the accuracy and consistency of management information.
Identify data inconsistencies and perform root-cause analysis in collaboration with relevant business and technical teams.
Support Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for dashboards, data models, data sources, KPIs, and business rules.
Manage and review user access to BI reports and dashboards in accordance with information security requirements.
Monitor and optimize the performance of reports, datasets, queries, and data models.
Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users before releasing major dashboards and reports.
Support and train business users in the effective use of BI solutions and Self-Service BI capabilities.
Evaluate new BI requirements and provide initial assessments regarding feasibility, complexity, dependencies, and implementation effort.
Collaborate with ERP/SAP, database, infrastructure, application, and business teams on data integration initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous development of the Group's BI and enterprise data architecture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries.
Good understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, Star Schema, and Data Warehouse concepts.
Experience with ETL/ELT and data integration processes.
Experience working with multiple enterprise data sources and databases.
Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management concepts.
Experience developing BI solutions for manufacturing, sales, finance, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or other enterprise functions.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with enterprise KPI and performance-management frameworks.
