Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Back-End Developer (Tech Lead) to join our dynamic team and lead our back-end development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of software development best practices, and the ability to manage and motivate a team. Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage the backend development team and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. ● Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using the latest technologies and best practices. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems. ● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. ● Debug and troubleshoot issues, and develop creative solutions to challenging problems. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in backend technologies, and bring new ideas and innovations to the team. ● Mentor and guide junior developers, and help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end development. ● Strong knowledge of PHP, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or a similar backend technology. ● Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. ● Experience with Git, and Agile methodologies, and software development life cycle. ● Excellent leadership and management skills. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Passion for technology and drive to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
