
Job Description
Diyara Spenta Parsua, a creative studio specializing in brand identity design, offset printing, and packaging solutions, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior B2B Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us strengthen connections with leading domestic companies and convert them into long-term clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Proactively engage with key decision-makers at major companies through phone, email, in-person or online meetings, and other direct communication methods.
* Plan and execute a wide range of sales and marketing activities including cold calling, email campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, and customized outreach strategies.
* Identify client needs, craft tailored proposals, and present creative service offerings in a consultative and compelling manner.
* Lead negotiation and follow-up processes through to deal closure, while maintaining ongoing relationships with key accounts.
* Collaborate with design, production, and strategy teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
* Continuously monitor market and competitor trends to refine sales strategies and uncover new business opportunities.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Proven track record in acquiring and retaining corporate clients, preferably in the fields of printing, packaging, or creative services.
* Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with experience in working with reputable domestic brands.
* In-depth knowledge of modern B2B sales methodologies such as Solution Selling, SPIN Selling, and relationship-based marketing.
* Self-driven, performance-focused, and able to operate independently.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
* English proficiency is a strong advantage, but not a strict requirement.
