Candidate Qualifications:
You’re a strong candidate for this role if you possess the following qualities:
- Integrity, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.
- Proficiency in recording various types of financial documents (expenses, purchases, sales, payroll, etc.).
- Familiarity with tax and insurance regulations.
- Ability to prepare tax reports (VAT, seasonal transactions, payroll tax, etc.).
- Strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and accountability.
- Ability to work well in a team and support less experienced colleagues.
- Commitment to honesty, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and willingness to use them for daily tasks and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will mainly include the following. If you are open to taking on more responsibility, we will support your professional growth:
- Recording and reviewing financial documents in the accounting system.
- Reviewing entries made by other team members and correcting discrepancies.
- Preparing internal reports on account movements and financial status for the accounting manager.
- Preparing and submitting tax reports (VAT, seasonal, payroll, etc.) in coordination with the manager.
- Following up on bank discrepancies, petty cash control, and reviewing payable/receivable documents.
- Organizing and archiving financial documents systematically.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents required for auditing.
- Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and mentoring junior staff.
Work Conditions & Benefits:
- Location: Company office in Velenjak, Tehran.
- Working Hours: Saturday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Salary (pre-tax): 45 to 60 million Tomans (based on skills and experience).
