Assist in maintaining staffing levels and ensure these are maintained according to the SLAs at all times.
Drive customer service delivery forward and ensure optimum service is provided by the site team.

Promote the first impression of the business focusing on creating and maintaining a professional image to be projected to all and dealing with enquiries promptly and effectively whether in person over the phone or via email.
