Job Description

● Calendar and time management for all activities for the senior management team (CEO and Chairman). ● Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings and following up agendas and reporting results to management team. ● Manage and coordinate customers’ company visits. ● Ticket purchase and planning accommodation for staff missions. ● Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. ● Time management and providing daily tour visits for company’s guests and customers. ● Manage and documentations of emails, letters and other type Executive Office’s messages. ● Write senior management team’s letters. ● Report Emails, letters and messages to the CEO and providing abstract of them.

Requirements

● Minimum of 2 years of related experience supporting senior executives (preferably in an industrial company). ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and other related software. ● Acceptable knowledge in English. ● Proven ability to handle multiple, complex tasks. ● Ability to build positive relationship with customers and good knowledge in public relations. ● Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. ● Team work skills.
