-Register all the incoming and outgoing letters in the index of the office and automation system
-Responsible for colleagues plan, accommodation and hotel reservation, transportation
-Answer direct calls, setting and reminding schedules and meeting of director
-Prepare the contract of employee, update their files and archiving
-Supervision of service staff, order and cleanliness of offices
-Report employee's attendance
Requirements
-Between 3 to 7 years related experience
-Excellent organization and written skills (typing)
-Strong public relation and communication
-Strong effective follow up
-Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
-Self-motivated and committed
-Able to be corresponding in Persian and English
-Good team worker
-Applicant must be based in Tehran
-Fluent in English language
-Gender Preference: Female
-Ideal Age Range: 25-35
