- Preparing daily agenda for CEO
- Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas and future follow up
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining schedules and calendars
- Preparing and archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents assisting in commercial affairs
- Handling CEO guests, customers and clients
- Coordinates office management activities
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position (CEO or Executive Assistant)
- Fluent in communication and excellent public relation
- Project Management, Process improvement skill are asset
- Excellent in MS Office
- Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player and loyal to work
- High energy levels and flexibility to work to the demands of the role
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadline
