- Assist the CEO in planning, organizing and executing of all daily activities
- Provides administrative support to staff and serves as a liaison between members and administration
- Maintaining good relations with all managers and colleagues
- Providing the clients with correct information and responding them
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
- Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way.
- Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation.
- Maintaining and updating a follow up file for the purpose of reminding the Managing Director of functions, events, meetings, appointments and other related matters.
- Providing financial documents and excel files
- Receives external/internal calls and directs them accordingly
- Maintains and update all staff and business partners contact/demographic information
- Job is located in Seyed Khandan Bridge district
- Working Hours: Sat-Wed 8:30 to 16:30 - Thurs 8:30 to 13:00
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
- Excellent attention to details and accurate working
- Adaptable & worthy behavior
- Preparing official letters
- Attentive, responsible & independent with strong personality
- Sufficient language skills ( writing, listening, speaking and comprehension )both in Farsi and English
- High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of project at the same time
- Proficiency in windows, including MS Word, EXCEL, Outlook
- Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities
