-Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
-Archiving personnel and administrative matters
-Arranging, Managing and organizing CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule
-Preparing, Typing and collating reports
-Arranging appointments / meetings, booking hotels, tickets for manager and staffs
-Receiving and circulating agendas and reports
-Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
-Collect information and prepare reports for the CEO
-Permanent contact with customers
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration / Secretary position
-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
-Ability to handle multiple tasks
-Familiar with administrative and personnel matters
-Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
-Able to work extra hours in the afternoon, if necessary
-Patient and orderly
-Gender Preference: Female
-Ideal Age Range: Maximum 35
