Objective: knowing office duties, answering phones, Good Command of Office tools
Main responsibilities: Handling all daily correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail, filing and archives, arranging meetings, having good commands of English and office tools
Reporting to: Manager
Subordinates: secretary
Other interactions: Department Heads as well as external agencies
Duration: 1 year contract
Desired start date: as soon as possible
Working hours: Sat. - Wednesday 8am - 5 pm

Requirements
Previous experience: at least 1 year experience as secretary or personal assistant
Specialist knowledge: Good Command of English and Typing, Knowing Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Other Skills: Knowing how to handle all office duties, know how to communicate
