• Planning the CEO activities and meetings
• Preparing the reports required by the CEO
• Arranging, Managing and organizing CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule
• Organize & Coordinate internal and external meetings
• Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately
• Providing general administrative support to CEO & Senior Managers
• Prioritizing workloads
• Preparing, typing and archiving letters, documents...
• Dealing with incoming email, fax and post
• Using a variety of software packages, specially ICDL skills
• Fully cooperating with staff in other departments and with external contacts
• Keep track of progress
Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in related areas.
• English proficiency (writing, listening, speaking and reading).
• Excellent knowledge of MS office.
• Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required.
• Ability to work well under stress to meet tight deadlines and deal with challenging work environments.
• Excellent team player and high degree of interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and perfect attention to details.
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities, act decisively and work autonomously.
• Ability to lead and persuade people.
