- Create and update of the archives
- Typing letters and document in Farsi & English
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings
- Appointments Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Record required information in the system
- Enter some information in accounting software
- Managing current expenses
- Keep track of progress
- Convince the customer and communicate with respect
- Receive and send instructions to the units,

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in related areas
- Familiar with administrative and personnel matters
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication, customer service
- Patient and orderly
- Familiar with writing and correspondence
- Familiar with the basic concepts of accounting
- Familiar with Persian and English type
- Self-confidence and the ability to adapt to different situations without any anxiety and worry
- High public relations and good looking
