The secretary would be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- To operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems. Using computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications
- To answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- To set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material.
- To open, read, route and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
- Being very precise, responsible & good team player
- Fluent in Computer and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Providing full secretarial & administrative support
Requirements
University qualifications: bachelor degree in any fields (BS degree in accounting would be an advantage)
• Previous experience: At least 3 years of experience in a secretarial position
• Other Skills: Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
• Excellent in typing Persian
• Well-organized personality, energetic and fast
• Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities
