● Administrative document control.
● Inform the CEO by reviewing and analyzing specific reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
● Communicate and follow up on tasks and issues.
● Manage relationships with customers in order to facilitate communication with the CEO.
● Organize and plan CEO meetings and appointments.
● Prepare agenda and meeting minutes.
● Manage daily affairs and office operations.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree.
● At least one year of experience in administrative activities, preferably in transport companies.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Sufficient knowledge of English to read faxes and answer phone calls.
● Verbal and written communication ability and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Ability to do group work.
● Good sense of humor.
