Job Description

● Work with several professional scrum teams. ● Help the product owner to define and refine the product backlog and get the Scrum team to DOD. ● Ensure that meetings are held; Coaching of Scrum team members. ● Identify, eliminate weaknesses and facilitate the activities of the development team to achieve product and sprint goals ● Pursue tasks and any planning in controlling assigned projects. ● Provide process reports, and returns of development teams to product stakeholders. ● Participate in the development and training of project management standards and methodologies.

Requirements

● Fluent in software production and development concepts based on Agile Scrum methodology. ● Having a PSM certificate is an advantage. ● Fluent in Jira Atlassian and Microsoft Project Server tools. General requirements: ● Ability to solve problems, resolve conflicts and make decisions. ● High ability to communicate effectively. ● Proficiency in reporting. ● Ability to perform simultaneous activities, adhere to schedules and prioritize tasks. ● Patient, persistent, and committed to pursuing matters until the result is achieved.
