The scrum master is the team role responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. The responsibilities of this role include: ● Clearing obstacles. ● Establishing an environment where the team can be effective. ● Interacting with product owner and development teams to understand process requirements and SLAs. ● Training and implementing scrum processes and monitor them. ● Organizing and facilitating scrum sessions. ● Following up and removing obstacles and bottlenecks affecting the project process. ● Interacting with the product owner to create, prioritize and prepare backlog lists, adjust and estimate product versions and release management. ● Assisting the development team in self-organizing and getting the functional cross feature. ● Identifying problems in the work process and provide solutions. ● Doing sprint analysis and workflow to estimate team work capacity. ● Generating all needed reports of the progress of work in each sprint and the status of the end of the sprint. ● Controlling, following up and monitoring the progress of the activities of the working groups. ● Preparing the required systemic documentation in project management. Identify and remove impediments of the production team: ● Hold and manage scrum events. ● Help the team and its members to clarify and achieve sprint. ● Scrum training helps the development team and the team focus on delivering high. quality stories on predictable and sustainable tracking. ● Facilitate daily stand-up. ● Facilitate Sprint events (planning, browsing, retrospective, cleaning). ● Study the end-of-day criteria and prepare Burn-Down and Burn-Up charts for daily stand-up. ● Update the current release schedule based on completed stories and changes made to Sprint. ● Value the speed of the team.

Requirements

● 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-centric environment. ● 3-5 years of experience in any part of the software development lifecycle – as developer, tester, analyst, product owner, project/program manager, etc. ● Deep knowledge of XP, Kanban, and Scrum. ● Strong working knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, DevOps, Continuous ● Integration, Test-driven Development, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Flow Metrics, etc. ● Excellent knowledge and experience of Agile teachings, approaches, and behaviors, with the ability to help teams as well as the wider organization to address dysfunctions that may result in teams misinterpreting, ignoring, or rejecting Agile values and principles. ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
