Introducing a job position

An international company active in the field of interior design and BIM is seeking to recruit a Scrum Master with high responsibility analytical thinking and multitasking ability in a fully remote position
This role includes daily coordination with the CEO project management planning reporting and the use of artificial intelligence and automation tools to optimize organizational performance

Tasks Description

Facilitate and lead daily standups retrospectives and sprint planning meetings
Ensure the effective implementation of the Agile methodology across all projects
Collaborate directly and continuously with the CEO and provide immediate responses to calls and messages
Manage project calendars meetings and organizational priorities
Track projects and deadlines to ensure timely task delivery
Conduct research prepare analytical reports and provide actionable insights for executive decision making
Use AI and automation tools to enhance Agile processes and increase productivity
Maintain full confidentiality in all matters with a strong commitment to NDA
Support the CEO in crisis management and key decision making

Requirements

Education
Masters in MBA project management information technology management or related disciplines

Experience
At least 5 years of experience in executive assistant or chief of staff in international companies or dynamic startups
Direct experience in collaborating with senior executives and high pressure work environments

Language
Full fluency in English at least IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90

Technical Skills

Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp Asana Teams or Trello
Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier Make Integromat or Power Automate
Strong research and analytical reporting abilities
Understanding of AI prompting concepts and artificial intelligence research
Proficiency in digital productivity tools and team organization systems
Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
