Job Description

We are looking for an experienced scrum master to accompany us in implementing Agile methods. You have work experience in software product development with a successful history of utilizing Scrum and Kanban. In this position, you act as an Agile coach to encourage the development team to lead and manage their tasks with your guidance and follow-up. The difference is when you characterize consistent discipline and prioritization in your team by providing innovative, knowledge-based solutions. Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
● Familiar with project management and documentation spaces (Jira - Confluence/Slab).
● At least 1 year of experience (in-person or telecommuting) as a Scrum Master in teams with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
● Experience working with teams (front-end, back-end, data, and ML) in providing SaaS solutions.
● Teamwork skills and effective communication with software designers and developers.
● Familiarity with English (a must-have).
● Nice to have Scrum or project management Certified (CSM-CSP).
