Job Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Supply Chain system-related and ERP inquiries.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure alignment of SC systems with overall IT strategy.
• Extract requested reports from various data sources to support procurement decision-making.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions.
• Analyze internal users' initial requirements and create detailed User Requirement Specifications (URS) and clarify the URS with technical teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline the supply chain processes and improve system efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvements based on user feedback and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within procurement systems.
• Develop and maintain data governance standards for the supply chain systems and monitor adherence.
• Explore opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies, such as AI, to enhance procurement processes.
• Maintain relationships with external and internal customers/suppliers.
• Load new suppliers` information in the ERP system.
