● Organizing and coordinating the programs of scientific representatives, planning work schedules and timetables, and planning and implementing an effective visit program.
● Reviewing the performance and sales of scientific representatives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
● Organizing and coordinating the monthly mission of scientific representatives.
● Preparing the mission's quarterly schedule with regard to sales, and training programs.
● Planning and building effective relationships and regular visits with doctors, clients, and broadcasting companies.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
● Full familiarity with scientific, medical, and pharmaceutical products.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good negotiation skills.
● Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
● Ability to conduct visits with scientific representatives.
● Relative proficiency in English, written and spoken.
● At least four years of work experience.
