● Implement the policies set by the sales manager. ● Introduce advertising agency products to customers. ● Establish effective communication with other sales departments. ● Lead the sales team in out-of-company visits. ● Search to find new sales fields. ● Visit and present clients (customers) to the company. ● Lead the sales team in the absence of the sales manager. ● Lead and resolve aggression in the sales team. ● Analyze marketing achievements and the possibility of submitting performance reports. ● Analyze market power and competitors based on various scales.
