- Job Location: Mashhad
- Managing a distribution center in Mashhad
- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Provide ongoing coaching to all distributors’ visitors and help them to achieve the target.
- Taking part in sales activities for key-account customers from contacting to fixing the contract
- Managing of Implementing Branding and advertising affaires
- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales teams
- Preparing reports of marketing progress (monthly, quarterly & yearly)
- Responsible for Human Resource Management
- Proposing and preparing marketing models
- Reporting to: Area Sales Managers, accounting division of company
Requirements
- Highly self-motivated
- Good communication and management skills
- Minimum experience of 2 years in sales and distribution
- BS or MS in management, MBA or related fields is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High personal motivation and a sense of responsibility
- Strong Customer Relationships
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Soft Skills: Recruitment and training skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
