Job Description

The Uro-Oncology Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, supervising, and developing the assigned field sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives for the Uro-Oncology product portfolio. This role ensures effective field execution of sales, marketing, and medical strategies across both oncology and urology target customers, including oncologists, urologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. The Supervisor is expected to monitor team performance, support high-quality customer engagement, conduct regular double visits and coaching sessions, and ensure that all field activities are aligned with company objectives, ethical standards, and approved scientific messages. A strong understanding of the oncology line, treatment landscape, product positioning, competitor activities, and customer needs is essential for this role in order to guide the team effectively and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and develop the Uro-Oncology sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned product portfolio.
Ensure effective field execution of sales, marketing, and medical strategies among oncologists, urologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Maintain a strong understanding of the oncology line, including product knowledge, treatment landscape, key competitors, approved claims, and market dynamics.
Monitor sales achievement, customer coverage, call quality, CRM/field activity records, and overall team performance on a regular basis.
Conduct regular double visits and field coaching sessions to evaluate Medical Representatives’ selling skills, product knowledge, key message delivery, customer engagement, and professional behavior.
Provide structured feedback and practical action plans to improve individual and team performance.
Support team development through continuous coaching, training follow-up, performance review, and individual development planning.
Ensure that the team delivers approved scientific and promotional messages accurately, professionally, and in compliance with company and ethical guidelines.
Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and field-level issues, and follow up on them in a timely and professional manner.
Collect, analyze, and report market insights, competitor activities, customer feedback, opportunities, and potential risks from both oncology and urology segments.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, and Sales management to ensure consistent implementation of product strategies and field plans.
Support sales operations by following up on product availability, stock-related issues, and other field execution challenges in coordination with relevant departments.
Analyze sales reports, field data, and market feedback to identify performance gaps and propose corrective action plans.
Maintain team motivation, accountability, discipline, and alignment with quarterly and annual business priorities.
Ensure that all team activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and approved scientific/product communication.

Requirements
MD, PharmD, DVM, or a Master’s degree in relevant medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in leading or supervising a pharmaceutical sales team, preferably within oncology, uro-oncology, urology, or specialty care.
Solid understanding of the oncology line, treatment landscape, customer segments, and pharmaceutical field execution.
Experience in engaging with oncologists, urologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
Proven experience in people management, field coaching, team leadership, performance monitoring, and team development.
Ability to conduct double visits, provide structured feedback, and implement practical coaching/action plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Growth mindset with a strong focus on continuous learning, self-development, and team capability building.
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
