Job Description
- Supervise the activities a sales group in order to achieve annual sales target objectives
- Search for new business opportunity
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
- Resolve complaints regarding sales and service
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
- Determine price schedules and discount rates
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
- Determine call plan and managing contact list
- Monitoring sales activities via double visit and reporting to the sales manager
- Implementation of sales business plans and implement sales strategies
- Creating activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and programs in a sales group
- Ensure proper implementation sales team
- Monitoring sales activities and implementing company policies
- Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and the results
- Studying relevant publications, attending events, networking and joining groups in order to constitute an extra-curricular aspect of being a sales supervisor
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of sales team, and assess against goals
