Job Description

-Supervise the activities a sales group in order to achieve annual sales target objectives -Search for new business opportunity -Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales -Resolve complaints regarding sales and service -Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs -Determine price schedules and discount rates -Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. -Determine call plan -Managing contact list -Monitoring sales activities via double visit -Reporting to the sales manager -Implementation of sales business plans -Creating activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses -Training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and programs in a sales group -Ensure proper implementation sales team -Implement sales strategies -Monitoring sales activities and implementing company policies -Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and the results -Studying relevant publications, attending events, networking and joining groups in order to constitute an extra-curricular aspect of being a sales supervisor -Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates -Measure and report performance of sales team, and assess against goals

Requirements

-At least 3 years working experience in sales. Preferably in Information Technology -High skills in customer relations -Strong negotiation and communication skills -Ability to work & deliver in challenging work environment -Familiarity with contracts -Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word (ICDL) -Be enthusiastic & energetic -Having coaching and team working skills
