The sales supervisor (modern trade) is responsible to deliver and achieve the annual sales targets in KA while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Roles:
● Supervise the team in the KA department to achieve the area's targets.
● Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
● Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets.
● Channel management to deliver key account sales targets.
● Regular visits to the chain stores and other customers with company sales representatives.
● Implement the new product launches as per the defined plans of the marketing/brand team.
● Supervise and check the distributors’ requests and all payments to the company.
● Provide ongoing coaching to all sales representatives and ensure they are properly equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their objectives.
● Supervise and check all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
● People management experience.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong computer skills, (MS Office is a must).
● Experience in the beverage industry is an advantage.
● Fluency in English is an advantage.
