Job Description

To provide the best possible services to our customers, the sales department of Straumann Middle East (The subsidiary of Institute Straumann AG in Iran) is looking for field sales reps both in Tehran with some travel requirements. The post is for highly motivated and high-energy candidates that would like to work with the well-reputed and prestigious brands in the business. To meet or exceed sales targets set by the sales director (quantity and quality) according to sales growth or market share growth; within agreed budgets and timescales also within a given territory. ● Maintain a friendly yet efficient interface with customers at all times. ● Carry out the promotion and sale of the company products and services. ● Regularly arrange appointments with customers, visit them and build up a professional relationship. ● Actively seek and obtain new orders from customers and generate sales. ● Continuously identify additional sales opportunities through needs-based selling tactics and account recognition skills and identify accounts that have the potential for incremental sales. ● Answer and manage customer queries and complaints. ● Regular monitor customer accounts, keep them updated and take necessary actions to avoid them facing a shortage of the company products and services. ● Collect, maintain and expand complete customer database, inclusive of accurate demographic data and historical records. ● Organize conferences and make presentations. ● Implement sales and marketing campaigns. ● Carry out monitoring actions required in order to guarantee the highest effectiveness in goal achievement containing competitive products, services, and activities. ● Achieve the allocated personal and team sales goals, not only in the quantitative but also in the qualitative aspects. ● Attend meetings, sales events, and training. ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all aspects of the company products and services as well as competitors' data. ● Plan and deliver work schedules and timetables for reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets. ● Follow applicable guidelines, rules, and regulations as well as company policies and procedures. ● Regularly report to the sales director and provide appropriate feedback from the market. ● Any other duties stemming from the needs of the position. ● Accurately register the orders to the sales support (back office team).

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with demonstrated success, preferably in either the dental device, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries. ● Energetic, self-motivated, inspiring, creative, with a good teamwork spirit. ● Able to own up to mistakes with humility. ● Willing to work in a dynamic atmosphere with a long-term vision. ● Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and sales skills. ● Able and willing to travel within the country and abroad. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Fluent in English.
