Sales Representative

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads, prospect new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular sell calls.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate sales efforts and achieve collective goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through market research.
  • Arrange workshops, training sessions, and roadshows when required.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports as per defined KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English abilities (written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel if required.
  • Aviation or Travel and Tourism background is required.
