● Check and analyze sales strategies based on market conditions and competition. In order to achieve the company's sales target.
● Analyze the Sales performance of various channels and report to the management team.
● Conduct research and analyze trends, lead the sales team, and perform sales forecasts.
● Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources so targets are met.
● Perform analytics and data validation to enable the evolution of sales planning guidelines that will boost sales results: territory and coverage optimization, sales performance, trends, and more.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or an MBA graduate.
● At least 5 years of working experience in sales planning or related fields.
● Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and Power BI.
● Highly motivated, pro-active, and result-driven individual, working towards specific deadlines, with strong problem-solving orientation, open to continuous improvement and change.
● Strong understanding of sales planning function and the needs of the field organization.
