A sales planning specialist in Solico Group evaluates and identifies various trends in sales by analyzing collected data from both within the company and outside the company; then transform it into valuable information and knowledge, which supports sales staff and managers to drive action plans.
Job Summary:
This position is accountable for all aspects of data aggregation, data preparation, planning, reporting, and following up on all the sales operations based on the role assigned to her/him. The person in this position should create, organize and implement all sales plans in line with target and market demands.
Key responsibilities:
Follow up to receive all needed data OTIF, from responsible persons.
Aggregate, compile, analyze, and evaluate collected data and publish structured reports to stakeholders.
Detect the data problems and address them proactively.
Responsible for ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations.
Regular and occasional communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Have a close connection with direct team administration to report the special KPIs on a regular basis.
Participate in coordination meetings with related units regarding sales planning.
Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning.
Collaborate with team members and members of other departments continuously.
Requirements
Expert in MS Office, especially Excel.
Accurate and punctual.
Authentic, motivated, curious, and fast learner.
High level of detail orientation.
Skilled in quantitative and analytical methods.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
More than one year of work experience in FMCG in a similar role or as a fresh graduate from a reputable university.
Forceful in following up.
Passionate about learning and hardworking.
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
Good communication and written and spoken skills in Farsi are required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
