● Overseeing planning development plans and applications.
● Advising managers of the company on planning policy and regulations.
● Providing counsel and representation at key planning meetings and appeal hearings.
● Managing planning compliance.
● Informing and updating budgets associated with new developments.
● Offering hands-on advice to management and producing reports for senior staff.
● Training and managing junior staff.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or an MBA graduate.
● At least 3 years of working experience in sales planning or related fields.
● Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
● Proficiency with Power BI.
● Highly motivated, pro-active, and result-driven individual, working towards specific deadlines, with a strong problem-solving orientation, open to continuous improvement and change.
● Strong understanding of sales planning functions.
