● Analyzing sales and distribution processes in the organization and provide improvement plans.
● Preparing annual sales budget.
● Determining target points of sales for each channel according to Brand and SKU to increase sale and other sales KPIs.
● Preparing and reviewing sales dashboards and explain any variances to forecast by analyze actual VS targets .
● Estimating and predicting sales rate for every 3 month to help Production Planning.
● Collecting and analyzing sales data of sales channels.
● Frequently sales meeting with sales managers to track sales plan and analysis of sales data, in order to ensure the implementation of sales plan.
● Calculating commissions for sales staff.
● Analyzing effectiveness, efficiency and ROI of all sales Campaigns.
● Assisting Analytics Team prepare and update standardized category presentations and syndicated data reports for COO.
● Collaborating with Trade Marketing Team to develop sales material for field sales, retail and customers.
● Collaborating with Field Sales Team to articulate and inform on key programs, items, launches and future strategies.
● Mass data management.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of relevant work experience in sales planning and trade marketing activities specially in Retail Channel and consumer goods industry with seasonal sales.
● Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective.
● Solid understanding of basic sales methods or technique.
● Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
● Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision.
● Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks.
● Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
● Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
● Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback.
