Job Description

  • Plan, set, and cascade the targets based on AOP or S&OP meetings into sales areas and routes (daily, weekly, monthly, or periodic) and pursue its implementation in sales operations.
  • Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and New Products
  • Build tools and dashboards to streamline Sales processes.
  • Follow up target achievement at different levels, find the deviation inform related stakeholders, and participate in designing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Receive and review the sales report, comparing it with the plan, determining the deviations, and contradictions with the plan and target, and preparing and presenting the sales planning reports (including sales analytical reports such as the report on the realization of target, deviations from the plan and discrepancies).
  • Aggregate, compile, analyze, and evaluate collected data and publish structured or ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations.
  • Identify sales performance measures and KPIs to track sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze the KPI trend of sales teams in different periods by channel, category, customer, account, and branch and investigate the causes of its increase or decrease to propose corrective action to improve.
  • Participate proactively in commission model policy setup.
  • Calculate the monthly commission of the sales team based on their target achievement in line with the budget and send it to the relevant units.
  • Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of sales trends and opportunities.
  • Identify and manage improvement projects.
  • Develop and update for optimizing sales procedures and guidelines related to sales planning.
  • Review effective factors in planning and its effectiveness in formulating an optimal plan.
  • Assist sales directors in preparing Service level agreements with relevant departments.
  • Support sales directors to increase sales and productivity.
  • Prepare new proposals for new routing for the sales team.
  • Participate in preparing or updating procedures and instructions related to sales processes.
  • Active participation in all projects which directly/indirectly affect sales function.
  • Participate in preparing and aggregating detailed sales annual operating plan (AOP).

Requirements

  • +5 years of managerial experience in FMCG in similar positions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
  • Expert in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office and Analytical tools.
  • Accurate and punctual.
  • Authentic, curious, and motivated.
  • High level of detail-oriented.
  • Skilled in quantitative and prediction methods.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in Excel Data Model.
  • Familiar with VBA and Macro is preferable.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
