-Build a constant relationship with the New/Current/Potential customers

-Supervise the sales team proceeding and guiding them to get better result

-Manage a proper communication between customer, commercial team, accounting and the operations team
-Provide daily activity and weekly sales reports to manager
-Research into local market and improve knowledge of various industries and transport needs
-Conduct researches to identify new potential customers and attract them.
-Telephone marketing, contacting potential clients by email, arrange meeting with to prospect for new business
-Reporting to Sales and marketing manager, CEO
-Length of Probation Period 3 Month
-Accomplish duties assigned by management in order to improve activities
-Following the orders A-Z properly
-Arrange several fruitful meeting with current and new customers in order to reach their satisfactory point
-Be in direct contact with MD to increase the monthly sales target
-Searching for new clients and try to get new inquiries to achieve sales targets
-Growth of customer profitability and volume of shipments
-Provide weekly report of the progress
-Close cooperation with Customer Service Department
-Develop team spirit in the organization
-Checking inquiries
-Checking rates with sales manager
-Offering to client and at last they should follow up client till they can get result
-Do marketing by phone or attend physically
-Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 16:00 p.m.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university / Degree qualified
-At least 3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing of transportation
-Communication skills, team work, creativity, planning and organization, ethics and integrity
-Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and outlook) & Internet
-Intermediate to advanced computer software skills
-Being able to work with a team
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to learn and adapt to change
-Superb negotiation capabilities
-High ability to persuade customers
-Well knowledge in Incoterms
-Good knowledge of English
-Must be team oriented and results focused
-Strong Oral Communication Skills, Negotiating Talent, Superb with Deadlines
-Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal ski
-Ability to manage a situation
-Fluent & good command of English language (Reading & writing)
-Ideal Age Range: 25 – 45
