● Recruit, hire, and train the sales team.

Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
● Proven sales management experience.
● Strong oral and written communication skills.
● Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
● Excellent leadership skills.
● Experience setting sales goals.
● Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
● Deep understanding of B2C concepts.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Fluency in English and Arabic (written and oral).
● Must be flexible to travel outside Iran without any restriction.
● Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
