Job Description

● Manage and lead the regional sales and distribution team and coordinate between sales and other employees. ● Plan, develop, and direct sales programs and other corporate programs in the area. ● Create strategies for market expansion and revenue growth in all market segments. ● Achieve sales and distribution goals, profit share, and market penetration for designated products. ● Predict quarterly and annual profits. ● Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. ● Address potential problems and suggest immediate solutions. ● Plan, control, and monitor inventory levels.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. ● At least five years of experience in this position. ● Full acquaintance with the relevant province and the suburbs of the region. ● Ability to communicate with different levels of management and customers. ● Team management and negotiation skills. ● Problem-solving and decision-making skills ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Outstanding sales negotiation and consulting skills. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
