Job Description

● Participating in the development of the organization's sales strategy and policy, in line with the business strategy. ● Full implementation of the organization's sales strategy. ● Creating diversity and multiplicity in offline and online sales channels and managing them effectively and efficiently. ● Managing the sales network to ensure that access to the product is possible throughout the planned area of the organization. ● Design and implementation of sales plan and promotions for all levels of the sales network. ● Sales budgeting and targeting for all levels of sales network. ● Management of stores. ● Pricing. ● Managing the mobile sales team.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree. ● Master's degree in Management or related fields is considered an advantage. ● At least 5 years of experience in sales management of mobile phones or similar products. ● At least 3 years of team management experience of more than 5 people. ● Familiarity with the mobile industry and sales network. ● Adequate familiarity with the market and trends of different mobile phone brands. ● Familiar with the principles and techniques of negotiation and sales. ● Familiar with English.
