-Prepare sales and distribution strategy, plans, and budgets and approve budget expenditures
-Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
-Determine price schedules and discount rates
-Monitor customer preferences, competitors' sales channels and market dynamics to determine focus of sales efforts
-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
-Oversee product and local sales managers and their staffs
-Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business
- Manage and control all direct and indirect sales channels and assessing channels strengths and weaknesses
-Implementation and control of trade marketing activities align with marketing and sales strategy and brand
-Optimizes the operational performance of the sales team, in line with the marketing strategy, objective and related marketing plan
-Responsible for the implementation of processes, procedures and organization within the division

Requirements
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic or computer Engineering, Marketing, Management, or MBA
-At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management
-Good knowledge of Telecommunication business is highly appreciated
-Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer
-This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
-Computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet browsing skills
